“International Chain of Ramen Dining Restaurants.”

The pairings of unique and rare sake with Japanese Tapas-like dishes, along with our signature "Tonkotsu" ramen. Our ramen line up at the launch are, Shiromaru Classic, Akamaru Modern, and Karaka Men. The ramen names are the same, however the complexity and refinement will be vastly different from our East Village location. Completely new and inspiring appetizer dishes will be introduced along with several familiar Ippudo NY originals like the Hirata Buns.
