Founder John Stage began Dinosaur Bar-B-Que with two partners as a mobile concession unit in 1983 with a 55-gallon drum cut in half. Its bar-b-que has been nationally acclaimed as some of the best in the country. It has a full line of specialty sauces and spice rub that are available throughout the country and in Europe and Japan.
