Luma is a wood fired pizza and tapas venue located close to the Hobart airport at the Cambridge Centre. If you haven’t seen a pizza cooked by a skilled “pizzaiolo” in 90-seconds or less, then this is where you need to be - it’s really a sight to behold. Note: A pizzaiolo is for pizza, what a barista is too coffee.   The all-day grazing menu features a lot more than just pizza and includes everything from creative bar snacks like bacon candy and house smoked nuts to small plates of lamb ribs, oysters and pork belly.  Luma also stocks six taps of craft beer and local cider and features local micro-breweries like Last Rites and Little Rivers, with selections rotating regularly. Luma will also regularly feature live music, particularly during the warmer months. Come on over and enjoy the vibe!
