The year was 2009, the time two weeks before Passover, after years of study and work in one of the best and finest confectionery in the country and the world, we realized the dream of our bread smell began to flood the street. During the journey towards elite and unique bakery / cafe in the French style, we met many friends, neighbors and passersby, and together we created the magic of the place. Mafia which is located in a quiet alley that is not revealed to the eye, eventually became pleasant secret to discover each morning anew. The smell of coffee and fresh bread baked on board alongside the appearance of wooden chairs and soft lighting made the place into a neighborhood cafe for residents and many who do not live in the area. produce all made handmade and baked each morning in the coffee shop and events elsewhere.
