Posh Porridge

If you get to the Christchurch Farmers’ Market on a cold winter Saturday morning you will want to make your first stop at the Posh Porridge kiosk. You’ll find Posh Porridge at the rear of the market next to the jazz band and the coffee tent, serving up hot organic porridge that is ready to eat. They have nine flavours on the menu and they all sell out very fast. On some weeks owner Bex has a few take-home and reheat puddings too – and according to Bex the sticky date with toffee sauce and rhubarb and apply crumbles are the crowd favourites. Come and get your feel good fix!
