Happy Valley

Whakapapa Ski Area is home to Happy Valley, New Zealand's largest beginner ski and snow play area. Here you can spend the day experiencing the best that a family winter holiday has to offer with ski and snowboard lessons, sledding, tossing snowballs and buidling snowmen!

Intermediate and Advanced Skiing

For intermediate skiers, there are snow filled basins, steep chutes and wide open slopes to enjoy. There are also well over 24 black and double black diamond runs to satisfy the extreme skier and snowboarders.

Night Skiing
