Long Beach is located to the east of Russell township. A 5 minute drive, or 20 minute walk from the main street. Long Beach Russell is well known for its safe swimming beach. Perfect for families. Kayaking is also popular on the beach as you can paddle round to the next bay in a few minutes. The Beach is quite long, representing the name. A round trip, walking end to end is around 30 minutes. A road runs along the shore line and you can park your car at any point along the beach.
