Crafty Trout Brewing Co. uses Lake Taupo's mineral waters formed through volcanic fire and glacial ice along with New Zealand's finest malts, hops and yeast.

BIER KAFE Experience our own 7 crafted beer/cider available while soaking up the ambience of the Austrian Alpine themed bar/cafe. The menu is beer infused and beer matched!

BREWERY One hour tours operate daily: the World's First Fully Automated Smartbrew System informative, entertaining and interactive with our Brewmaster.

FOR GROUPS & CONFERENCES A mobile unit available to serve our beer and cider at your venue! Our Brewmaster can give a beer matching presentation. Customised beer/cider for nyour event, unique to your brand, from 100 to 800 plus litres - bottled or kegged. A great all weather activity with a capacity for 100 onsite. Free Fibre WiFi and full AV capabilities inhouse.
