We at Buz and Ned’s Real Barbecue have been smoking, chopping, saucing and glazing our cue for almost twenty years and we are still the only REAL BARBECUE, that we know of, within almost 100 miles or more. Buz and Ned’s restaurant offers indoor dining in addition to our outdoor covered patio. Join us for Lunch or Dinner with a beer menu that will satisfy the most finicky of beer snobs. Don’t forget, we are one of this area’s premier caterers of almost any kind of food you can think of.

I ate at Buzz and Ned's a while back. I actually live in the town of Richmond and since this has been on Food Network they have been crazy busy. I've also actually worked at a few BBQ restaurants in town and I can tell you with certainty that they are NOT the only 'real barbecue' for 100 miles. That's a totally ridiculous statement. I, personally, wasn't crazy about the BBQ here. There was just way too much sauce on it for my liking and it seemed like because it was so, so, so busy that they were not able to give the food the attention it needed. I feel like I recall not being able to ask for any substitutions or not being able to deviate from the way things are written on the menu because it was too busy for them to be able to do that. It was like a BBQ conveyor belt. Not terrible, certainly not the worst BBQ I've ever eaten, but I would not say it is the best in the city.

When you've got a hankering for some delicious southern barbecue, head to Buz and Ned's Real Barbecue in Richmond, VA. They're famous for BBQ ribs, pork and brisket and refreshing microbrews.
