“An urban wine collective”

The Southeast Wine Collective opened in August 2012, offering an authentic wine experience within metro Portland in the vibrant Division-Clinton neighborhood - an emerging hub for the area's food and libations culture.Kate, Tom and Cass Monroe founded the Collective as a unique multi-faceted urban winery that was designed to bring together like-minded wineries that are sustainably growing their businesses by establishing a venue for commercial custom crush wine production. The SE Wine Collective's Tasting Bar offers visitors a chance to enjoy tastes, glass pours and carafes of wines on tap from the four resident artisanal wine producers and their inspirational wines from all over the world, as well as light fare and snacks to complement the wines. Currently the Collective is made up of quite a few of wineries: Vincent Wine Company, Jackalope Wine Cellars, Jasper Sisco, 5Q, Helioterra Wines,Ore Winery, Willful Wines, Fullerton Wines and Division Winemaking Company.

This urban winery started pouring only four winemakers and now has ten—including Division Winemaking, Helioterra, Vincent Wine Company and 5Q—all of whom buy their grapes in the Willamette Valley. Taste these and other local wines at the adjacent bar, which also serves antipasti such as a deviled egg flight, smoked salmon dip and cheese and charcuterie plates.
