“Voted #1 Haunted House in America by The Travel Channel, MTV, AOL Cityguide, and Hauntworld.com”
The 13th Gate is the Ultimate Haunted House! Journey through 13 very frightening themed indoor & (weather-permitting) outdoor areas where your worst nightmares come true and anything can happen. From crawling though a crematory oven and an old hearse to being lost in dark underground tunnels or even finding yourself standing on a rickety bridge overlooking hundreds of live snakes, this 40,000 square foot haunted house is definitely not recommended for the faint of heart (nor is it recommended for anyone who is pregnant, has a pre-existing heart condition, is very young, or has a weak bladder)! The 13th Gate has consistently been recognized as one of the top Haunted Attractions in the country by Hauntworld.com, MTV, AOL Cityguide, Fangoria Magazine, Haunted Attraction Magazine, and The Travel Channel. During the off-season, the haunt employs a year-round movie industry construction crew, which includes award-winning Scenic Artists, Set Carpenters, Lighting and Sound Technicians, and Special Effects Artists. Many of these crewmembers have an extensive portfolio of Hollywood movies that they have been involved in and it is their artistic talents that have set The 13th Gate apart from most Haunted Attractions. During the Halloween season, over 100 professional actors, 12 special effects makeup and airbrush artists and several costume specialist work together to bring the terrifying show to life each night. Whether you are a fan of horror movies or Halloween, love to be terrified out of your wits, or just enjoy the detail of a highly interactive one-of-a-kind haunted house, the 13th Gate has something for everyone!
Awesome haunted house! Very well done. The graveyard was cool but the wait for that was very long, though they did put on a fire dance show for everyone which was cool. My only issue was the pacing of the guests through the main attraction. Not a whole lot they can do with that many people lined up but some of the scares get lost when you eventually end up in a clump of 20 people.
Super fun on the Lights out Fright nights!!! So detailed and the actors were great!
Great place to go with friends, not as fun when the people in front of you are screaming every 10 seconds 😒
Nothing special as far as haunted houses go. There are a couple parts where the special effects and set design are very impressive, but in all it's not worth the cost or lines.
