All of the facilities were very clean but the spaces were snug with just a paint stripe separating you from your potential source of Grey Poupon. All site requires some leveling.

Nice sites and as roomy as any other RV park. Liked that the sites are concrete with vehicle parking next to the RV space. Ours backed trees and a large grassy area for dogs. Full hookups including WiFi and cable. Great location and I would highly recommend this park.

This park is affiliated with the local Casino. It is in a good location in Lincoln City. We had a back in space near the front. Our area was grassy with large trees and grass behind it. The spaces were a bit tight but luckily space 4 was reserved for Casino workers and was never used. Hookups were good. Side to side was very unlevel. I had to used 3 lego blocks to get level. WiFi was having issues going up and down so it might have been good. AT&T was really good!

The campground is nice, safe. Back in sites for smaller units are nice. Pull through sites are configured strangely in that your patio table is on you drivers side just outside your neighbor’s door. You park you tow car in front of you table which gives you neighbors no room. It renders outside space useless. Very nice restrooms and showers are nice. Casino nearby will shuttle you over. But the site layout would cause me to look elsewhere next time.
