All pads appear to be level and all pads/streets/lanes are fully paved concrete, not asphalt. 50- and 30-amp hookups are available in pull-through and back-in pads, and I believe all pads have full connectivity, ie. electric, water and sewer. There is a reasonable amount of space between pads for a city RV park and the access lanes are plenty wide for the biggest Class A to maneuver. Cable TV and wi-fi are both offered. All pads have a mowed grass area with some light shrubbery. There is a Safeway supermarket immediately next to the park which is a fantastic thing, especially if you don’t have a toad. The only downside is if you are looking for ocean vistas or mountains or the forest - this isn’t the place as (again) it’s an in-town location. That aside, this is our go-to park in this area, and I highly recommend it.
This park is a pretty standard one, with a sizable store, a laundry facility, showers and bathrooms, and rows upon rows of RVs. There is a bit of green space between each, but their rules strictly forbid dogs from using them. Instead, there are 2 fenced-off dog parks in the corners for the animals. This can pose a problem for dogs like ours that can't hold it during a walk that long, so we fudged the rules a little.
There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and there's a grocery store in walking distance. Even though it's in an urban area, it's set back far enough from the road that noise never bothered us. It's an easy drive into downtown.

The park is clean and well kept. There are lots of permanent residents here with neat sites and nice looking RV's. There were no cluttered sites or trashy rigs. There is a grass area between sites with many trees throughout the park. The park is in the urban area of Salem so there is some road noise at night.
Our truck and trailer is 44 feet and we had just enough room in our pull-through site to park and stay hitched.
There is a Safeway next door and other restaurants and businesses in the area.

We needed a nice park while visiting the state capital. This turned out to be a great choice. I was a bit concerned once off the freeway (coming from the south) about so many signs in a language I do not understand. The urban park offers spacious, beautifully landscaped sites. We were quite pleased with our 2 day stay here.

We pulled in yesterday with our 43 ft fifth wheel toy hauler. I was very concerned getting off Highway since the area kept getting dumpier and dumpier. We full time with a few kiddos, a brand new dually truck, and brand new rig.
The park is very clean. It does have a fence around it but is not gated. We were loaned the most extreme chain I have ever seen to secure our bikes so they would not be stolen.
We had a drive through sight. While driving through not even all the way in our spot a guy who works here came over to tell us to pull all the way through?? That is exactly what we were doing. This is in not our first rodeo. We full time so we have had lots of practice. I get easily bothered when your trying to get in your spot and everyone wants to tell you how to do it when you never asked for help and this was a no brainer...it’s a pull through!
He came back five minutes later to tell us we needed to move further back or we wouldn’t be able to get our truck to fit in front. What he didn’t know is we are in this area so our truck can get something fixed on it. We told him that and then he was was like “ oh, ok, makes sense...sorry”. Our truck will be getting fixed until we pick it up the day we move from here.
This morning the same guy comes over telling my husband our water hose filter has a drip??
The RV park is nice. They keep it up very well. If you have pets they can not touch the grass. There are designated spots for your dogs to use for relieving themselves. If your pets are older and can’t hold it for the walk to these places then it’s hard. Keep that in mind.
While this park is extremely clean. It’s in a bad area of town, and at least from our perspective it seems everyone is always watching you. I don’t like that.
We are quiet, clean, friendly, keep to ourselves type of folks. We paid their price and now we are renting their space and following their rules while renting, so please just let us live our lives without feeling like we are on Big Brother.

I rarely give 5 stars, but this park is deserving. Manicured lawns, hedges, and matured trees between sites. Picnic table, metal stand for the grill.
3 very clean dog runs. Play ground for young kids. Near by Walmart, Safeway around the corner. The only thing this park lacks is a pool and hot tub. Nightly rate reflects weekly rate, taxes included.

Although we were only there for one night we found this park to be excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the park itself is very well maintained. We will stay here again - hopefully for longer.
