This was our most favorite part of our coastal road trip. We love the outdoors and to hike, so this place was a gem! There are trails that connect the most popular spots of Cape Perpetua, but if your group is athletic and up to the challenge, use the beach. We climbed down the rocks from Devil's Churn and walked the coast to Thor's Well - Cape Cove Beach. The rocks are huge and fun to climb around. My son was only 7, and though we were slow, we were capable of maneuvering our way through. NO ONE was on Cape Cove Beach with us, which made it all the more fun for us. :)

DO NOT MISS! Spend a couple of hours here clambering over the rocky coast, viewing the tidepools and incredible churns, chasms and Thor’s Well.
