It's not what it used to be. We went for the Sunday brunch when they reopened after Covid. The price was way more than bitter. We assumed the quality would be same, we were very disappointed. The... Read more
Just had dinner at Orchids with my parents last night, and while the overall atmosphere was stellar, there were small things that somewhat detracted from the eating experience. First, kudos to... Read more
My family and I went here for Christmas brunch. The buffet had every type of food that you could think of! Everything was amazing and we each got a complimentary mimosa. Read more
My parents took us to dinner here when I was a teen, and it was during that meal that I finally understood why people become "foodies". It lasted forever, everything was delicious, the place was gorgeous, and they really treat everyone super well. Read more
Amazing food, BEAUTIFUl decor and very attentive service. Such a wonderful experience. Can't wait to go back again and try the chef's tasting. Read more
I finally had dinner here for the first time, and I was absolutely blown away. It quickly became my favorite restaurant in Cincinnati. Not only was the food amazing but the experience felt special from start to finish Read more
By far one of the best dinners I've had in Cincinnati. It's one of the oldest restaurants in the city and an absolutely beautiful art deco building and dining room. I had an heirloom tomato caprese salad with an inflated mozzarella balloon floating in tomato broth (sounds weird but it was spectacular) and some of the best sweetbreads I've ever had. Definitely pricey but a great place to celebrate a special occasion and experience some of Cincinnati's finest food. Read more
Orchids really knows how to show you a good time! We celebrated my wife's birthday here, and they surprised us with a card on the table. On top of that, they decorated her desert plate with a personalized message. Every person on staff impressed us with their manner. Each plate was complex and delicious. I read an article one time about how paying more for food can fool the brain into enjoying it more. Whether or not that's the case, her birthday at Orchids was the best meal I've ever had! Read more
I have only had lunch here (pasta bar) and it was amazing and very affordable. I know though, from friends and family, that the dinner is the real deal. Probably the fanciest restaurant (or at least the most accredited) in Cincinnati. Read more
Art Deco at it's finest... if you are visiting downtown and need a place to grab a drink and feel all fancy then you should try this spot out. They don't make bars like this much more these days. Read more
