Walt Disney World Swan Resort is a 12-storey building that offers many services to its customers, such as a private beach, a hot tub, a children's pool, a games room with video games, a full-service spa, a poolside bar, gift shops or newsstand,large conference rooms, 24 hour room service, 24 hour reception service, a laundry service, a business center. Guests can also enjoy a picnic area, 4 restaurants and a tennis court. The resort is located near the beach in Lake Buena Vista, nearby there are Disney's Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf Course, Disney's Hollywood Studios and Epcot. The hotel offers 759 rooms all equipped with air conditioning, clock radios, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, safe, desk, tea and coffee making facilities, fridge and free wifi.

The Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin Resort is perhaps the closest non-Disney-operated hotel when it comes to proximity to the parks. It is actually located on Disney property at Disney’s BoardWalk, making it only a boat ride or a short walk away from EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

In addition, complimentary shuttles also run to all four theme parks and Disney Springs approximately every 20-25 minutes until 45 minutes after the theme parks close or 90 minutes after Disney Springs closes.

Just keep in mind that, unlike Disney bus transportation, the shuttles from Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin to Magic Kingdom drop guests off and pick up at the Ticket and Transportation Center where you then need to hop on the Disney monorail to the park entrance.

Note that guests staying at the Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin Resort qualify for Early Theme Park Entry, which allows you to enter any of the four Disney theme parks 30 minutes before the park opens every day. Additionally, guests at this resort can take advantage of Extended Evening Theme Park Hours and make individual Lightning Lane purchases at 7AM, giving you an advantage over non-resort guests who must wait until the park opens.

This resort is very beautiful and they give you what people need that they need inside of a real house and they are very kind and they make there guest very welcomed
