“You say tomato, we say Wolf Peach”
Wolf Peach pays homage to rustic European cuisine that draws inspiration from local and regional ingredients – and namely, the tomato. Fueled by passion and a 6,000-pound wood-fired oven, Executive Chef Cole Ersel pairs beautiful ingredients from local farms, purveyors and artisans to create food to feed the soul.
This place is BOMB DIGGS. It's a little pricey, but definitely my first choice for a night out on the town with an extra hawt date. The cocktails are insanely good, and definitely get the woodfired pizza (with the egg!) It's egg-celent. If you're looking to get wild... try the smoked bone marrow. You won't be sorry.
It helps to have reservations but you don't need 'em. Amazing brunch. Bloody Marys are a thing in Milwaukee, and theirs stacks up. The pizza with poached egg and brussles sprouts is unreal. It might sound a little out there but it's amazing.
