Seascape, Unit 422/30-a, Gulf-Side

This is a security deposit scam…..unfortunately I cannot post communications or pictures or I would. I would be glad to share my photos and communications if you email me: pskertich@gmail.com. We took pictures at arrival and at departure. We chose the condo because it appeared to be $500 cheaper than comparable condos. We go to Destin 1x a year to spend time with family that own a nice condo. We usually stay in the same complex but wanted to attempt to save few dollars.
Upon walking up to the front door, you will notice the door has been kicked in a few times with a screw in the door window portal. Many of the walls have been patched by someone who obviously did not care about appearance when finished. The best way to explain the condo is that it has the appearance of very heavy wear over the years from poor tenants. The pictures of the condo do not represent it well, they must have been taken at the time of the purchase of the condo. The pool is very small and heavily aged, another photo not represented well. The beach photo does represent well and was clean. Lastly the view from the balcony is half parking lot, half unmanicured lot. The condo did not represent waterfront view, I understand; however, this view is not what you would expect when you come to Destin
My wife booked the condo with Harriet Harden and said that process was a pleasure. That is where the pleasure ended. We have been dealing with Caroline Cue 770-639-2204 since the departure…we still do not understand who she is. After my wife attempted to deal with her for 1 week I decided to call Harriet and Caroline. Caroline called me back in her abrupt and unpersonable tone to tell me that we left trash in the commode trash cans and we used to much air conditioning. The wall control unit said not to turn it below 76 because the unit would freeze, we followed the instructions. She told me there were other things and that she would provide other photos. No photos were ever sent to me.
