Arrived at property mid afternoon on a Monday and staff did not give us room key until 5pm. Found the property poorly maintained with rusted outer hallways and paint falling off.There were roofers hired by property owner that dropped paint and debris down on our car which damaged the paint. When I complained about it to staff they denied responsibility and told me to "take it outside" and to deal directly with roofing company. We were then threatened by the roofing company owner who also denied responsibility. Also found out roofing company was un-licensed and un-insured. Contacted Vacasa, the building management company and they denied responsibility. Filed complaint with BBB, state licensing boards and workmans comp.
