Chromatic Coffee

We’ve been in the industry for years, with experience in cafes, roasteries, and the equipment manufacturing business. For years we’ve watched as corners were cut and the easy way was chosen, over a longer, rockier road to ultimate quality. In 2012 we decided that we were ready to do it ourselves and do it right. We started with a plane ticket to El Salvador and a sample roaster in a basement.  Since then, we’ve taken everything into our own hands, from printing our bags, one by one, in house, to modifying our roaster to better suit our roasting styles. As soon as you pick up one of our bags, you might get the feeling that we’re a bit different; by the time you have a cup in your hands, you’ll know it.
