All of our downtown properties are located in a condominium complex located beside Pioneer Park and within a 10 minute walk of downtown Bend, Oregon.  We have 7 condos to choose from, most of which sleep 4.  This allows larger groups or families vacationing together to have their own living space at the same location.  We have ground floor, second and third floor units with different views, styles and price points to suit your needs and budget. Most of our properties have been recently renovated (Fall 2013 to Spring 2014) and Drake was renovated in 2012.   Our Westside location is a favorite among vacationers looking to ski, mountain bike or experience Bend from a locals perspective.  The property is located on Overturf Butte on the westside of the Deschutes River next to Broken Top Resort and Northwest Crossing.  The Northwest Crossing farmers market and shops are within a 10 minute walk.   You are only one block away from a connector trail to the Phil's Trail complex entrance and a 30 minute drive to Mt. Bachelor.  This property comes with a one car garage and a wide driveway allowing parking for 2 cars.  This is our best reviewed condo.
