“building a healthy community”
Imagine a Place …comfortable, peaceful, the aromatic smell of fresh spices and freshly baked bread. Fresh roasted coffee, the clanging of a pot or pan in the background, laughter, friends, and family…community Imagine a place that builds a healthy community by providing a basic need of food in a respectful and dignified manner to anyone who walks in the door! Dedicated to eliminating hunger and social barriers associated with food by feeding all people regardless of their ability to pay!
We stopped here passing through town as a result of the reviews and so glad we did!! The food was amazing and so fresh! We had the pulled pork grilled cheese sandwich and I had the squash casserole and it was amazing!! My kids had the mac and cheese and it was very tasty. Not greasy at all, and you could tell it was homemade. We also had the best kale salad I've ever had! Wish we had one of these in Dallas! Such a great concept too and helping feed those who are hungry.
My favorite place in town! All friendly volunteers and amazing organic food. Best pork chops I've ever had! Roadtrippers, if your passing through you can volunteer for a meal! This is a must stop location
