This place is a very cool mix of a park and a city. There's even a playground that goes under the bridge crossing the river. The best part of the park are the stairs that lead right down into the river. You can literally walk off into the Ohio River. I don't know if you're allowed to, but I've seen people fishing off the stairs.

Really nice park to go and run, they have some nice trails that wind along the riverfront.

I really enjoy going to Sawyer Point, and I don't do it enough. It is a great venue for various festivals and concerts, with numerous little coves for stages and amphitheaters.

If you're a boater, there are tie offs along the wall and I've noticed plenty of people fishing in the river. There's even a playground or two for the kids.

It's well known about sure but I don't think enough people head down here and really enjoy this area. It's quite a unique space and nice to be able to get down close to the water.

When not in a hurry I'll park down here for Reds games and enjoy a stroll through the park. Wednesdays are "party in the park" with live music and beer all summer long. It's the perfect place for a nice bike ride or riverfront picnic.

I did the Urban Trials here this past year, and I was very impressed. A great place to go for a run with really cool views of the city and river. They also hold different shows and events here, and the space holds up very well
