Roadtrippers, Inc. ("Company" or "We") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy intends to inform you about how we treat information that is collected from you. Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use our Website or download our App. By accessing or using this Website or the App, you agree to this privacy policy. This policy may change from time to time (see Amendments, below). Your continued use of this Website or App after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.

2. Information Collected

  • User-Provided Information: When registering with us, we may collect your name, email, address, and date of birth. We may also allow you to log in through your Facebook account. Please be aware that if you login or share any information through any third party social media sites (i.e. Facebook) we may collect information made available, such as name and email. Additionally, we may collect other information regarding geolocation and travel interests if necessary to enhance your experience with us.

We will generally endeavor to delete our database of user information at regular intervals, but we cannot guarantee that your information has been or will be deleted immediately. Although some changes may occur immediately, information may still be stored in a web browser’s cache. We take no responsibility for stored information in your cache, or in other devices that may store information, and disclaim all liability of such.

We do not currently respond to DNT signals. Once the Internet industry has settled on standards related to this issue, we may reevaluate this approach.
