I went to Napa Valley and Sonoma Valley February 2016 with 3 friends. The weather was unseasonably warm, but the crowds were not crazy. This could have been because the Super Bowl was in San Francisco the same weekend. We loved the mustard flowers that were out during this visit. We hear other months are very pretty but for other reasons. I may have to just go out during every season ;-)

We stayed at the Best Western in downtown Napa as we thought it was best to stay in between Napa & Sonoma since we would be visiting both. But we should have stayed up in Calistoga. The hotel was fine, but the location wasn't ideal although downtown Napa had great restaurants and things to do at nights which was fun.

Every morning we got breakfast, but sometimes out of convenience and speed we grabbed Starbucks.

Domaine Carneros

We were told this was the best place to go for Champagne and charcuterie and they were right. While the staff was a little snobby here the experience was still amazing.

The city of Sonoma was great

Honestly -- I look back at photos and I am not sure I remember this stop.

We really enjoyed ourselves here as we waited for our dinner reservations next door. Dick Vermeil (former NFL Football coach) was there and we got our pictures taked with him and his trophey and received wine glasses.

I am not the biggest Italian fan, but this food was very good. It was very crowded and they were a bit rude when we said we didn't have reservations, but were able to pop over and meet Dick Vermeil

Great after hours bar. We had a lot of fun here and people were very friendly and there was a live band and great beer bucket specials.

AAAAMAZING FOOD. Would definately go back here.
