“the best breakfast in the adirondacks”

Our Silo was actually uprooted and transported to its current location from a farm in nearby Saratoga County and the two barns were raised shortly thereafter. Inside one part of this structure is a famous restaurant! It's so good, it was Voted #1 place for breakfast in the lower Adirondacks by the readers of the Post Star Newspaper. Breakfast (served all day) features oversized omelets, classic Eggs Benedict, large fluffy pancakes, huge Belgian waffles and our thick, home-baked toast. Lunch offerings boast delicious homemade soups, overstuffed sandwiches, juicy burgers, chicken creations and so much more. Our friendly and courteous staff is here to help make your experience at The Silo one to remember, 7 days a week!
