It was flooded due to rain. Make sure you check the weather in advance before making the trip out there. We got there and it was closed.

GREAT place is you're into ghost stories. The story of the Bell Witch is one of the most popular spooky tales in Tennessee history, so it's really cool to see where it all took place.

It's on private property, but the property owners are super cool and will give you a personal tour for just a few bucks. They allow some pictures, but as a general rule they don't allow video, so leave the camcorder in the car.

It's been a while since i've been (i'd love to go again) but it was amazing when i went. Gave me chills for quite a few reasons. Met a couple of cool ladies ( who had taken some pics and got orb pictures for all you ghost lovers) that felt the same chills i had.

This place has been on my bucketlist for years. I finally made it this summer (2016) and it did not disappoint! Chris was our tour guide and she was so thorough in her explanations and knowledge, I didn't even need to ask a question. She would say something, in my mind I noted a question, but before she even finished, she would have the question answered. Thanks to the family who runs the place, you can tell they take pride in keeping it going. I definitely want to go back. Thank you!

DO NOT TAKE ROCKS FROM THE CAVE HOME - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Beyond that, very interesting / fun / historical place to visit!
