The Vietnamese culinary inspiration has influences dating back from 2500 BC from all South East Asian countries like; Thailand, India, China, as well as European Countries like; France, Portugal, and in recent history; the United States of America. Through many centuries of war and peace, the Vietnamese people have gathered and retained all of the pure goodness from those experiences and fused them into the Vietnamese culture. The fruits of Vietnam’s historic labor are often represented in the hard working Vietnamese people and our basic product we call food. The evolution of Vietnamese culinary excellence is on a path of becoming a healthy mainstream favorite and has already gained a lot of respect worldwide. From the rice plates to noodle dishes, curries to soups, seafood to BBQs, pastries to rolls, plus all the healthy colorful ingredients and succulent sauces, make it an irresistible hit. The future of Vietnamese cuisine looks promising. Soon we will see a popularity explosion of the Vietnamese cuisine similar to the “Sushi Craze”.
