In the summer of 2010 Bill Sell was provided with the place to display his creative ability in a Bold way. Bill Sell's Bold is a restaurant that will be nothing like you will find anywhere else in town! Bold specializes in tapas, or small portions, mostly protein-based, often exotic, with the expectation you will order multiple items to "create your own meal". The setup gives you more-than-usual control over the makeup and cost of your meals. At Bill Sell's Bold you get "clean eating" as we stay away from processed foods, and there will be no trans fats, added salt or chemicals. Bill Sell's Bold is open Monday thru Friday from 11:00am to 10:00pm and Saturday 4:00pm to 10:00pm.
