Mata's Greek Pizza & Grinders

We are a family owned and operated restaurant that has been serving the community for over thirty years. Our pizza and bread doughs are made from scratch and we always use quality ingredients. People come from all around to enjoy our yeast risen deep-dish pizza, loaded with their favorite ingredients, slathered in our signature white cheddar cheese, then baked to a crispy golden brown.  Some enter our store not knowing that the word "grinder" is one of many regional name variations for the submarine sandwich. Our usage of this less utilized Southern variation comes from the New England origins of Mata's Greek Pizza. Like in eastern Massachusetts, we take our famous fluffy bread, slice it down the middle, stuff it overflowing with savory ingredients, then placed in the pizza oven until it's baked to a moist and delicious crisp
