“just a stumble away from all the attractions”
Bentley's Saloon is only a stumble away from the campground and walking distance from an authentic antique flea market and minutes away from grocery stores, beaches and the historic district of Kennebunkport known for fine shopping, dining and fishing charters. Take a scenic drive along the coast and get a view of the Bush Estate on Walker Point by Kennebunkport. Stop in the saloon, meet the friendly staff, enjoy the atmosphere, have a beer or cocktail and try our home-cooked meals. Every weekend we have breakfast starting at 7 am and our infamous BBQ Pit Stop Line. We sure do like to eat & are known for our pig roasts on Saturdays and daily lobster feeds.

Confirmed by 1 users | Last reported on July 12, 2022We thought this would be a fun experience to mix up the usual campground stays. It’s a pretty legit campground built behind a well known biker bar. Super easy to find, lots of big sites with full hookups, friendly staff and an amazing lobster special. There’s 2 main sections, one is a wide open space parking lot pull through style and the other is more wooded back-ins. Also the bathrooms are incredible!
Just know that you are in a biker bar and it only takes one idiot with modified loud pipes who rode in circles through the camp revving his engine at all hours on multiple nights (2am etc), plus he had some old lady riding backwards on his lap so they were just getting off to the attention. If that’s what ur into, go for it, but as someone who rides I thought this was still pretty trashy.

We were here on a weekday so there were few bikers but the ones who were here were not noisy. The staff at the CG check-in and at the saloon were very nice. The bathrooms were clean and spacious, the showers were clean (but watch out for the timer on the overhead lights!). The are three washers and three dryers available. I’d definitely stay again.

Let me start by saying how nice people were. Check in and check out were a breeze. Since it was the beginning. of the season and during the week, it was very quiet. The site was gravel, but level. The bath house was very nice, with a lodge type feel. The only problem was that the lights over the shower were on a timer. So, they'd shut off while showering, but there was some light coming from the lavatory area, so not a huge deal.It was a full hook up site as well. It's the best deal in the area without losing the any conveniences.

This as a great, clean campground. The staff is excellent, friendly and accommodating. The showers are well maintained and clean. We stayed over the Independence day weekend. There are bands almost daily. Tuesday nights is a cruise in and there is a bike night as well. Many Saturdays there are pig roasts. We were here for a Memorial ride that came with drum and bag pipe escourt. The camp itself sits close to many beaches, Kennybunkport, Ongonquit, Portland and Kittery. You will not be board as there are many things to do.
Be advised. This is a campground for adults.
For the money, and compared to what Maine State parks offer as amenities, Bentleys is a bargain.

Awesome Campsite! We are self contained but checked out the Bath House and it was super clean and rustic modern. Nice paved road for walking.
We spent our first dinner at the Saloon and had a wonderful dinner of Haddock and Lobster Roll as well as Open Mic entertainment.
Definitely check out Bentley’s if you need a nice campsite!

Waited 2 years to actually get there. It was everything I hoped and even more. As an older couple who love music and rock and roll, vintage cars and just a good time, this was perfect. 1st night was car show, 2nd night was open mic with 10 different groups and the 4th night was a great rock and roll band. Only downfall is the really small sites. Literally, my slides were 1' from my neighbors slides on the rear, and we shared a front area small enough we could not both open our awnings. Everyone was really friendly and overall, for that type of atmosphere, it was quiet. Full service sites.

Bentley’s wasn’t our original plan, but it came highly recommended and we are so glad we checked it out! The location is very accessible to local day trips and the Saloon is worth the visit. All the campsites are spacious with great hookups. We visited right at the end of the season, so it wasn’t very busy. Can’t wait to go back and check it out in the summer months!
