“mom and pop, from kettle to glass in your hand”
Burial, for some, is a necessary step to reach the afterlife. At Burial Beer Co., we see it as a celebration: of life, of the cyclical nature of harvest and of the brewing process. What better way to celebrate than with a beer? Our taproom is currently open Thursdays and Fridays from 4-10PM and Saturdays from 2-8PM. This small, industrial space is home to Burial’s one barrel pilot system. Here, you can come and drink the first offerings of our craft. We invite our loyal beer drinkers to partake in experimental beer drinking. As we start out, we will be implementing new recipes and tweaking old ones. We will pour special releases almost every weekend and the beer you had two weeks ago, might have different hops or an adjunct that wasn’t in it before. Consistency is very important to us, especially once we are brewing on a large production scale and distributing near and far, but for now, we want feedback from YOU while we perfect recipes and indulge our creative side. This is just the first step of many for Burial Beer Co. While we crank out beers for all to consume, we will be planning to open our farmhouse taproom with a 20 barrel system and production facility by 2015. We are already looking for property so many more updates will follow in the near future!
