Loved the free wifi! The washrooms were clean and heated, although the closer women's washroom was closed for renovation so the only open one was quite a walk.
Lots of residents in this park. Felt like we were outsiders in a trailer-park neighborhood. The spaces are extremely narrow with maybe 2 feet between the door to our RV and the unkempt bushes separating spaces. You basically have to side step to get in and out of your rig. Nothing really "good" to say about this RV park.
Great place for my 4 year old to explore. Creek was very accessible. Bathrooms/showers were clean, grounds were clean. Tight spots & driveways/roads. Attendant could have been a little more warm, but overall good place.
We stayed 1 night while traveling north on I-5. We reserved a pull-through site with water, electric and cable t.v. Everything worked fine but our site had no trees; just some scrub junipers and bushes at the front half of the site. We could hear highway noise but it was quiet at night. A walk around the park revealed several full time residents living in old trailers on the south side of the office. If I had to stay again, the back-in sites 44-49 were more scenic with many trees. Didn't use their bathrooms so can't comment.

We were in town for a wedding on a holiday weekend so there weren't too many options. This place is OK. The spots were tight for RVs. They had a pool but it looked a little green. The area is pretty with a stream running in the back. Lots of trees.

This isn't your super fancy rv park but it's still a neat little place to stay. Staff is wonderful and there is a mixture of travelers and full timers. The full time residence are very nice and say hello as you walk by. Very quiet park with small creek, laundry, good showers and nice pool to swim laps. I would absolutely stay here again. Very friendly park with nice trees and level sites. Full bars of straight talk and good wifi

First of all the sites are really tight! The neighbor we had was nice. However, the morning we left his dog pooped right at the bottom of our steps. I waited 30 minutes for him to clean it up but that didn’t happen. So I picked it up so my young children wouldn’t step in it. I should have known this would be a problem when he informed us upon arrival that it was not necessary to leash the dogs and that the owners were very lenient when it came to animals. Very obvious he was living there and had little concern for temporary guest. The showers were old but clean. The water however was very cold!!! I might as well have just bathed in the creek!!

We stayed at this park in September, 2019. The park is a mix of grass, dirt, and asphalt sites of all sizes. A little tight but workable. Bathhouse is dated but clean. We had a nice pull through right next to the creek. Convenient to Ashland and I-5. Verizon: 22.3 mps download, 24.1 upload. It is an older park, which, unfortunately, is what $38/night will get you.

We arrived at Ashland's Creekside RVP on June 8, 2021. Appears to be an "old" park that has undergone few recent improvements. Our section was very tight back-in dirt pads. We were the only non-long-term guests on our street. A neighbor, Travis, helped us get into the site by asking other residents to move their vehicles from across the way. In a town where even very modest homes sell for $300+ per sq. ft. we felt fortunate to find this affordable park.

I didn't have real high expectations when I made my reservation, but I was still disappointed when I arrived. Had planned to stay 4 night and left after 2 (they did refund my money). It is dirty and unkept. Many long-term people, which I don't mind, but here they did little to keep their sites tidy. Appeared to have several abandoned RVs. They have a long list of rules, but little evidence that any of them are followed, such as cleaning up after your dog! Sites are gravel and very tight. I had a partial hook-up site, and was charged an additional $10 to dump when I left. Ashland is a lovely city to visit, but I recommend looking elsewhere for somewhere to stay.
