Liquid Assets is the only wine bar in Ashland to offer 20+ wines by the glass, a seasonal French-inspired menu culling its ingredients from local farms whenever possible and a thoughtful selection of beer on tap; served within a casually elegant setting. With a focus on handcrafted wines from Oregon, California and France, to name a few; Liquid Assets offers unique bottles one won’t easily find elsewhere available for retail or to enjoy in house (offering over 250 labels).
