A little more than three years ago, the original Grey Lady opened in Manhattan's Lower East Side, serving up Nantucket inspired fare with a nautical ambience, the local haunt has quickly gained a fantastic reputation for both nightlight and fine dining. This fall the Grey Lady team decided that Aspen was the perfect location for an outpost in the West. In seeking to further their reputation for exceptional food Grey Lady enlisted Kathleen Crook to take the helm in the kitchen. The attention to detail from the specialty cocktails to their lobster roll to the décor creates an experience that is sure to bring you back for more.
