“Light dishes. Strong flavor.”
Bacchanalia is Atlanta’s most celebrated restaurant featuring contemporary American cuisine from chefs/owners Anne Quatrano and Clifford Harrison whose culinary philosophy us creating light dishes built on strong flavor.
White tablecloth, caviar and oysters, special occasion kind of place. Nothing on the menu is mind-blowingly creative, but it all tastes really, really, really good.
Traditional fine dining has largely gone by the wayside here, but Bacchanalia--the crown jewel in chef-owners Anne Quatrano and Clifford Harrison's mini empire of restaurants driven by the seasons and local provisions--holds steady as a beacon of refinement with a solidly Southern bent. In fact, you walk right through their Westside market, Star Provisions, to enter the restaurant's elegant yet comfortable confines.
