Luke’s Inside Out is a food truck located next to Gibson bar on South Lamar. Chef Luke Bibby brings french inspired sandwiches and shareable appetizers to South Austin as well as a brunch buffet on Sunday Mornings. Luke Bibby and his wife Tracy run Luke’s Inside Out – a food trailer located next to Gibson Bar. Bibby’s experience in the food industry began with private catering. Now he is living a childhood dream serving sandwiches and deliciously creative daily specials to regulars and new folks every night.
