Established in 1997, Cafe Josie strives to provide our guests with a memorable dining experience. We focus on using locally sourced ingredients to create innovative and playful dishes in a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Brandon fell in love with food at a young age, often traveling to the farmer’s market with his mother and exploring international cuisines with his father. He began his culinary career in College Station, meeting Cody at Cafe Eccell. After moving to Austin to attend culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu, Brandon has had the opportunity to work in some of Austin’s most well regarded restaurants including Olive & June, Wink, Parkside, and Uchi. At Cafe Josie he will draw upon his experience with local and sustainable ingredients to create fresh and exciting dishes.
