Located at 755 Springdale Road in the heart of east Austin, Eden East is farm to table without ever leaving the farm.
Chef Sonya Coté brings the table to the farm every weekend with a six-course prix-fixe dinner menu and monthly brunch service. Most of the vegetables are harvested merely a few feet away on Springdale Farm, while the meat and seafood are always sourced from local farms and purveyors.
