“Completely Restored Historic Home!”
The completely renovated and restored 1889 Italianate home was the residence of Baker City philanthropist, Leo Adler, for 94 years. The Leo Adler Foundation was established November 2, 1993 on the death of the donor, Leo Adler. Its purpose is to provide scholarships for continuing education to qualified persons who are graduates of a high school located in Baker County, Oregon and North Powder, Oregon. In addition, the foundation distributes grants to qualified charitable organizations and governmental units providing benefits to the Baker County community.
Admission charged. Tour the historic Alder house completely restored.
