“The most accommodating Mexican food in Bakersfield”
Great local place to eat. Old house, great service, friendly people, and good food. They don't serve chips, but instead, serve bread. Love it! Once the Kern County Kids Shelter, the Mexican restaurant Sinaloa’s 100-plue-year-old building is said to be a hotspot for paranormal activity. The feelings experienced here are generally good ones, reports say.
Driving up, the place kind of looks abandoned. Thanks to a cardboard "Open" sign on the stairs, we went in! The hostess was very nice and the food was absolutely amazing! I recommend the huevos rancheros. There are also a ton of cats and kittens outside that seem to live under the building, so we had fun walking around trying to catch them (unsuccessfully!)
