Waterfront Kitchen is a seed-to-plate restaurant that sources ingredients as locally and seasonally as possible. Come spring, we will partner with Living Classrooms’ BUGS (Baltimore Urban Gardening by Students) program to grow our own fresh produce and to teach inner-city grade school kids about the joys of good nutrition and gardening.
