“The house of horror”
Stop by the home of American Horror writer, Stephen King. Stephen King has written such books as It, The Stand, and Carrie among numerous others. Please be aware that this is a private property, and any trespassing is strictly prohibited, so please, be polite and respectful.
Quick off and on the interstate, well worth the stop.
Cool to drive by and see King's house. Residential street, so it does seem a little strange to get out and take pics. Be sure to visit the Little Free Library run by his neighbor a few doors down.
Just a 2-minute photo opp. Don’t drive out of your way.
Great stop. Loved the fence and the artwork in the yard.
Beautiful home! Got out and took photos. Others said he no longer lives there, but his son does.
Fun place to stop and get a photo. We meet some other fans there. Nothing more than a photo stop, but worth the quick stop.
Beautiful home and with unique details to add that Stephen King spooky touch.
If your a Stephen King fan it’s a must see. Parked along the road, took photos at the front gate and checked out the cool three headed dragon on the post near the driveway.
A very cool spot to drive by, though not a "destination" per se. If you're a big Stephen King fan, it's worthwhile to say you've seen his house, but don't make a trip just for this.
Cool to drive by and see.
