“Central Oregon's oldest community theatre.”
CTC is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization, founded in 1978. While we have a small staff that takes care of business operations, we are a volunteer-based organization, where all aspects of our productions, on and off-stage, are created by volunteers. We offer a full season of main stage plays performed by the community, for the community. Main stage productions are selected by a volunteer committee that reads dozens of plays each year with the objective of selecting a season of 6 well-written and appealing shows. The goal is to present a season with a balance of genres such as: a comedy, a mystery/thriller,a holiday themed show, a drama, a theatre “classic,” and a musical show complete with live musical accompaniment.
