This place is a complete joke!! I booked suites for my wedding party and the issues have not stopped a week after our stay. Everything was under my credit card and somehow they (after speaking with reception 3 times to use my card and even talking to reception when my stepdaughter was checking in) charged my stepdaughters card, refunded it then charged it again!! The bridal party checked in to a room that absolutely reeked of weed. My mother called the front desk and first was hung up on then when she called back management said “I guess we can spray”. The manager came and sprayed the room but it just covered the smell for a couple hours. Having no other rooms available we were forced to stay the night and got ready the next morning. On my way to the church for our wedding I get a text from Madi asking to come pay our balance. After the reception we came back to the hotel to settle up and spoke about the weed smell that was unbearable again. We were told we would receive a credit and decided we couldn’t stay the night there due to the smell- so we left at 11pm to our house for our wedding night. Now they are calling me while on my honeymoon asking for the balance when my husband and I have both asked 3 times for a final balance- the funny thing is the balance is the exact same amount as before we received a credit! How does that work?! By the way, the balance was already paid!!! On top of all of this, the rooms are so shitty and outdated. We are from Bloomington and have never stayed here but I never will again.
