Finch’s…for those who find joy in the simple pleasure of eating and drinking well. Finch’s Brasserie was established in Bloomington in June of 2008 by Chef Jeff Finch and his wife Candace Finch. Chef Finch is a 1996 graduate of the New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier, Vermont. The restaurant features local and organic produce, meats and cheeses from the area’s fine farms and cheese artisans. The Mediterranean-American menu includes both traditional and regional dishes from the countries bordering the Mediterranean Sea as well as local and American favorites. Diners can choose from Pizzettas cooked in the wood-fired oven, pasta dishes, savory entrees and daily specials. The seasonal menu is designed to showcase unique flavor combinations which can be enjoyed with a choice of more than 60 wines and close to 90 artisan beers.
