A 55-foot tall statue of the mascot for the Green Giant frozen and canned vegetable company.
60 ish foot green giant statue! Super cute gift shop!!
A very nice stop on a road trip. They have added many things recently: a visitor center, a musical play area, picnic tables, and a charging station for electric vehicles. The visitor center and gift shop gives great information about the area, has interesting exhibits, and the kind of fun kitsch you’d expect next to a giant Jolly Green Giant Statue.
This is a fun stop over for a photo op and to stretch your legs. There is a walking trail and a bike station where you can fill your bike tires with air and the like.
It’s very clean and well maintained - it clearly is a place of pride for the community. We arrived too early to stop at the little museum but we were able to read the signage about the history.
This thing was huge! Super cool to see. Worth a trip
Great place to stop and take some photos!
