Legend of Asia

Legend of Asia is a spacious 9,240 square foot restaurant that will comfortably seat over 300 people. We provide a 100 seat capacity banquet room with projector/ speaker system, reservation is required.  Our buffet offers more than 80 Chinese Dishes and over 25 varieties of authentic Japanese Sushi, skillfully prepared and artfully presented.  We also have many kinds of salads, fruits and desserts to choose from, four kinds of soup (hot/sour, miso, wonton & egg drop) as well as a wide selection of beverages besides the soda fountain, including six kinds of beer, three kinds of wine and two kinds of bottled juices.  We use only the freshest ingredients in all our dishes with No MSG! We use only plain chicken base or beef base for flavoring. Plus, we use only cold pressed olive oil in all our stir fried dishes.  Our egg drop soup stock is made from chicken bones that are cooked for six hours on low heat to extract nutrients and all fat is skimmed off.  You will love our Egg Rolls, Crab Rangoon, General Tso’s Chicken, Chicken Teriyaki Stick and many more items offered in our buffet.  Plus, Mongolian style dishes are offered where you choose your favorite ingredients from assorted fresh meats, seafood and vegetables.
