“An Olympic-level dive bar”

When people say “welcome to Boise, now set your clock back 20 years,” they are talking about the 44 Club. This Olympic-level dive bar is a shanty-eque relic from decades long gone. It doesn’t even have taps—just beers in bottles. The only modern thing about the place is the karaoke book, one of the biggest in town.

This place is complete trash. Bartenders are oddly standoffish. Skim the till if you watch closely. Don't show up expecting to sing at this karaoke bar, the rotation is stillborn. Read more
