Why bleubird? Bleubird references one of our favorite cheeses – bleu. It is also a beautiful blue sky on a ski day. And of course it is Idaho’s state bird. Come join us down at bleubird where we serve lunch with quality specialty sandwiches, hearty soups, artisan salads, and fresh squeezed sodas. Bleubird is owned and operated by husband and wife Dave Kelly and Sarah Kornfield. They met 9 years ago at work in Vail Colorado. Dave was the bartender and Sarah cooked in the kitchen. Say no more.
